The goal of the “Streamlining Chaos” campaign is to generate awareness for the AbbaDox suite of solutions for radiology clinics. Our plan was to create fun and memorable scenarios that drive their target audience to their website while peppering CTAs into the bottom of the AbbaDox marketing funnel.
AbbaDox is a healthcare technology company specializing in cloud-based solutions to streamline clinical and administrative workflows for improved efficiency. With more efficient scheduling, insurance verification, and no-show reduction courtesy of the tools provided by AbbaDox, clinics are able to see more patients and provide better care.
If you’re visiting a radiology clinic, odds are that you’re already not having a great day. Adding long wait times, clunky paper-based intake processes, and snail-paced insurance verification just makes things worse. AbbaDox has solved all of those problems but that’s only useful if the clinics suffering from these bottlenecks actually know AbbaDox exists!
We developed our ad suite by creating fun representations of the issues we’re all keenly aware of when it comes to outpatient healthcare. By tying a funny, memorable situation to the AbbaDox solution, we’re able to increase awareness and drive more folks to the AbbaDox website and sales reps.
Our first step with any client is to fully understand the product or service we’re going to be promoting. We met with the AbbaDox team to learn everything there is to know about what they do and how they do it. Then it’s on to the creative process.
We started by presenting several concepts to the AbbaDox team for their review and selection. Then we create all the scripts for the entire ad suite. After giving them a peek at what the end-product will look like (through animated storyboards) we start the production planning.
Our ad suite includes five unique ads; a 15-second “Teaser”, a 30-second “Hero”, a 15-second “Follow-Up”, and two 6-second “Reminder” ads complete with CTAs.
The 15-second Teaser ad is perfect to serve to cold audiences. A shorter ad served at the top-of-funnel filters viewers into a retargeting audience for much cheaper than longer ads.
The 30-second Hero ad gets served to the folks who showed intent/interest in the top-of-funnel. This strategy makes sure you're getting the most out of your ad spend. We also start peppering the 15-second follow-up into this stage of the funnel.
Lastly,our 6-second reminder ads are served in rotation with the rest of the ad suite at the bottom of the funnel. 95% of your prospects are not in market for a product or service at any given time, but the reminder ads ensure that, when they’re ready to shift into that 5% and make a purchasing decision, your brand/website/landing page is their first stop.

An ad suite includes everything from top-of-funnel teaser ads to bottom-of-funnel reminder ads.
At 15-seconds, these teaser ads are perfect for cold audience capture. They’re designed to stop the scroll, pique the interest of prospects, and build intrigue around the campaign.
Hero ads are full-length ads. Their purpose is to portray a common industry problem that your viewers can relate to.
Another 15-second ad meant to follow the Hero ad. While the Hero ad establishes the problem, the follow-up hammers home the solution.
These 6-second ads hang out at the bottom of funnel, keeping your brand top-of-mind so that, when your prospects are ready to buy, your brand is the solution they seek.
We also include a suite of 10-15 edited character portraits and still photography. These are a great way to build a cohesive campaign across all mediums. So, when your prospects see the ads and click the link, they’re taken to a landing page that continues the theme established in the campaign.
